Whew! The first dance is finally out of the way. And while everyone had first dance jitters, it doesn't get more real than live-audience dancing for the show's four reality stars: Jackass' Steve-O, It's Complicated star Denise Richards, Girl Next Door Holly Madison (who had five days to practice with partner Dmitry Chaplin after Jewel dropped out) and The Bachelor's jilted fiancee Melissa Rycroft (who had a mere 48 hours to practice with Tony Dovolani following Nancy O'Dell's withdrawal).
