With V-Day just days away, it was no surprise the hormonally-charged teens at West Bev were preoccupied with love, lust and a mega-dose of jealously on last night's 90210.

Just when you thought cute couple Annie and Ethan were so into each other, the two devolved into one of those mismatched couples that always fight. Blame it on Rhonda and Ethan's growing friendship with the girl whom he accidentally hit in a car accident. Things only get worse when Ethan walked in on Annie during drama class and saw her retelling a story that was originally told in confidence by Rhonda. Like a scene out of a soap opera, this act of betrayal drove an angry Ethan right into Rhonda arms. The two pals got chummy, laughing and dancing at the V-Day Dance. When it came time to say goodbye Rhonda went in for the kiss, but got shot down by Ethan. Meanwhile Adrianna may have become the poster girl for teen pregnancy at West Bev, but that didn't stop her cute flirt-fest with Navid when the two ran into each other at the candy store. And guess who is still sweet on Ade? Yes, Navid, who found himself sitting on the edge of her bed after the dance and asking her to be his Valentine.

And then there was just plain crazy. After Dixon and Silver almost broke up over the fact that she couldn't bring herself to say "I love you" to Dixon, she had a complete change of heart. The two skipped out on the dance and instead opted for a romantic meal deux. But the meal almost turned sour when the waitress told them there were no more molten lava cakes left for dessert. Dixon reminded Silver that it's just cake (so please don't stab the waitress in the eye with the fork). Dessert may have been a bust, but the couple got a room and managed to end the night on a high note.

But leave it to Silver to turn love into something scary: Back at school, she showed Dixon her new tattoo (and if we've learned anything from celebs--Angelina & Billy Bob, Denise & Charlie and on and one-- love tatts always end badly): She spelled Dixon's name on her hipbone. Needless to say, Dixon was a little alarmed. As he should be. Silver's hips don't lie: Nothing says you will be mine forever and ever like a name branded in flesh. --Elaine Aradillas

Tell us: Do you think Silver has gone overboard or is she just a teen in love?
