It seemed like Audrina Patridge was just patching things up with her roomies, and now she's moving out. Last week Patridge finally said goodbye to living with her Hills roommates, Lauren Conrad and Lauren Bosworth.
So what drove her out of the house? "I just wanted my own place,” she tells Maxim magazine. “If anything, I feel like it will help out all our friendships.”
It’s no secret that Patridge, 23, and Bosworth, 21, don’t exactly get along–so was Lo to blame for the move? “The only reason Lo and I are friends is because of Lauren,” she tells the magazine. “They grew up together and hang out all the time; they’re like the Bobbsey Twins.”
As for LC and her other former roommate/BFF Heidi Montag, Patridge says the hatred between the two is the real deal. “They really don’t like each other, but I’m friends with both of them," she said. "When we hang out, I don’t talk about the other. I’m like Switzerland.”
Montag, 22, is one person who has lived in Patridge’s shoes. "It's time in Audrina's life to move out," Montag told PEOPLE during her birthday celebration Saturday night at Christian Audigier Nightclub in Las Vegas. "I'm very excited for her and I think she'll do great."
And if Patridge ever needs advice on how to cope post-Conrad, she can always call Montag. "I love Audrina," Montag said. "We were friends before her and Lauren were friends. We still talk." --Jen Garcia and Mark Gray
