Frank Ockenfels/AMC
• So why the self-satisfied looks on their faces? The season 2 premiere of AMC's Mad Men attracted 1.9 million viewers--over double the season 1 average.
•Buzz surrounding a possible Rosie O’Donnell variety show continues. Some believe the show will be presented live from a Broadway theater on Sunday nights and include comedy, musical and dramatic bits--and some on-air scuffles.
•He may be proud of his St. Louis roots, but hip-hop star Nelly is taking a trip to the East Coast this fall. The rapper will make a multi-episode guest appearance on CSI: NY as a club owner/informant who tells Mac, "It’s about to get hot in herre!"
