• After the announcement that Project Runway is leaving Bravo for Lifetime, parent company NBC Universal brought legal action against producer The Weinstein Company, saying the network had "no alternative" and wanted to "enforce its rights to this program." When asked for comment, Tim Gunn hoped they could "make it work" and Heidi Klum asked, "Are we in, or are we out?"

George Takei, who played Mr. Sulu from the original Star Trek, will try on his country twang for CBS's Secret Talents of the Stars Tuesday. "He's boldly going where I've gone before," said Garth Brooks.

• On Kathie Lee Gifford's Today debut, the 54-year-old host said that her kids Cody, 18, and Cassidy, 14, have banned her from talking about them on the air. Lee responded by passing around hundreds of wallet-sized photos instead.

Amy Poehler's new animated series The Mighty B! will take flight April 26 on Nickelodeon. The cartoon features the SNL star's voice as the "world's most dedicated Honeybee scout." Barry B.
