Dancing Pro Derek Hough Hospitalized
Dancing With the Stars' Derek Hough was hospitalized Tuesday with a neck injury suffered during a rehearsal, the network says.
The professional dancer, who is Shannon Elizabeth's partner, was taken to a Los Angeles hospital in an ambulance for an exam and observation, and later released, an ABC spokesperson tells PEOPLE.
The injury "does not appear to be serious," the spokesperson says.
