• Oprah's Big Give was a big ratings hit for the talk show host. In fact, it was the highest-rated program ever on a Sunday night. Of course, that's mostly because everyone who watched misunderstood the premise of the show -- and thought Oprah was giving everyone who watched a new car.

• Today host Meredith Vieria says that she didn't hear Jane Fonda utter a shocking expletive during her recent appearance on the morning news show. She also said she thinks Snoop Dogg's hit "Sexual Eruption" is a simply an "adorable" song.

• Robert Irvine, host of Food Network's Dinner: Impossible, has been dropped by the network following charges that he filled his resume with lies -- and a creamy Gruyere cheese sauce with roasted potatoes! MARCOCCHI GIULIO/SIPA
