The votes are in and the Top 24 contestants on American Idol are probably more than a little nervous about what's in store for them tonight. There's nothing they can do now but second guess their song choice, hope they made a lasting impression in a crowded field of performers and wait for the results, to be announced live on FOX.
Four hopefuls will go home and return to their lives before Idol, and 20 will look to another another performance next week -- and another face-to-face with Simon.
Should Chikezie be worried? What about Kady Malloy? Or will America deliver a shocker that no one can anticipate? It's happened before.
