Heidi & Spencer’s Mexican Getaway

Being a reality TV star can so exhausting. It's no wonder Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag want to get away from it all with a Mexican vacation. But that doesn't mean the cameras can't follow! (Not that the couple mind.) Taking a break from the Los Angeles scene, the snap-happy pair hit up the One & Only Palmilla resort in Los Cabos on Tuesday for some sun, swimming and smooching.
