Well, someone got their romance on last night's Grey's Anatomy–and it wasn't Gizzie. In a surprise twist, a rebounding Dr. Alex Karev and a smitten Lexie Grey (following in her big sis' footsteps of hopping into bed with a superior, no less) hooked up. And all it took was Alex being, well, Alex. He told the young intern that he's "not a nice guy," he doesn't date and doesn't call the next day. It turned out to be the deal maker.

Meanwhile nice guy George didn't score with Izzie after the promise of a perfect evening of sex. Too pooped after a six-and-a-half-hour open-heart surgery session, an emotional Izzie could only manage to collapse into bed with George… and spoon. With unshaved legs.

So, this leads us to wonder: With George free to pursue Izzie (now that Callie has moved on), will the pair ever have their perfect evening? Or, with no obstacles in their way, will Gizzie will fizzle? Also, can you identify with Lexie's attraction to bad-boy Alex? And will it lead to anything but a fling? –Caryn Midler
