TV Roundup: Another Hitch for Grey’s Der/Mer?

• Just when you thought half-sis Lexie might be the problem...Lauren Stamile (WB's Off Center) has landed a recurring role on Grey's Anatomy as a character who will play opposite Patrick Dempsey. Though producers won't say whether romance is in the works, the prognosis for Der/Mer together forever this season? Not good.

• USA Network will pay an estimated $13 million for hairspray. Hmm... Someone's having a bad hair day! (Oh wait, that's Hairspray. With Zac Efron. Make that a good hair day.)



•Showtime has greenlit the Tim Robbins-produced drama Possible Side Effects, about "politics, research, bureaucracy, miraculous cures and greed that accompany the pharmaceutical industry's search for the next billion-dollar drug." Whoa. Anyone have any asprin?
