•Despite so-so reviews–and a heap of controversy–CBS reality show Kid Nation drew in 9 million viewers, helping it win its timeslot on Wednesday. Turns out really do want to see younguns' duke it out Survivor-style in the wild, wild West.

• It was a matter of time before VH1 jumped on the next big reality show: celeb rehab! Stephen Colbert is being sued for $65 million by Cenk Uygur, a host on Air America's Young Turks who claims Colbert stole his joke comparing Republicans to Klingons. • The complete DVD set of Star Trek: The Next Generation will hit stores October 2. In an unrelated story, the newly Republican "Geeks" from Beauty and the Geek are refusing to work on October 2.
