But now the former Playboy model is looking at things differently.
"I saw the first episode and, yeah, I got teary-eyed, of course," she tells PEOPLE at the show's premiere party at Trousdale in West Hollywood on Monday. "It's been quite an emotional ride for me."
Camille, 42, and Grammer split quite publicly over the summer, but she hints that we will see the fate of her failed relationship play out on the small screen.
"I'm going through a divorce, and it's all happening during the taping of the show," she says. "It's hard to play out your personal life on such a level while filming a reality show."
But the mom of two credits her fellow Housewives for helping her get through such a difficult time.
"The cast has been amazing," she says. "These women are strong. They've been a fantastic support for me. And my friends and family have been there for me. They've helped me through this."
