"She was driving on Sunset and was stopped by police," a police spokesperson says. "She failed her sobriety test and was arrested."
Glanville was released from jail at around 8:30 Friday morning. She has since Tweeted, "Costume crunch is on!!!!!! HELP!!!!"
LeAnn Rimes's marriage to Dean Sheremet ended around the same time as Cibrian and Glanville's, shortly after Cibrian began dating Rimes publicly.
Rimes left her husband "heartbroken and devastated," a source told PEOPLE, and Glanville has been very vocal about the end of her own marriage that left her a single mom of two sons.
"He's just not who he said he was," Glanville has told PEOPLE of Cibrian.
