When Tony Dovolani and I were sent home from Dancing with the Stars Tuesday night, we were both in shock. We didn't think we were going to be sent home so soon.

Even though Tony and I received high scores and were in second place, we still got voted off! It's just so baffling. I think a lot of people don't understand why it happened either. Even the judges were in shock.

After Kyle Massey and his partner Lacey Schwimmer were declared safe, it was us and Jennifer Grey and her partner Derek Hough in the bottom two. When the heartbeat music started playing in the ballroom, I felt like my heart was going to pop out of my chest! Then I heard Tony behind me saying, "It's us. It's us."

But when the announcer called our names, I didn't really know what to think. I honestly was in shock. Tony and I just kind of stood there like, "Is this really happening?" I was so bummed and upset because I wasn't ready to go yet.

But life goes on.

Tony and I have always said every Tuesday, "Whatever is meant to be is going to happen." Now it's time to start the next thing. So I'm holding my head up high – I'm not a poor loser anyways.

I'm definitely going to continue dancing. I love it. And it's great exercise. I already have a group of girlfriends who want to learn how to ballroom dance with me, so we're going to start taking lessons together. Tony said he and Maks are opening their own dance studio, and I'll definitely go there when it opens.

Plus, I get to dance in the finale. So I have one last dance on the show.

I'm really going to miss being around all the other dancers every day. It's hard to say who I'm rooting for now because I'm friends with everyone and I think they all have potential. But I think it's going to come down to Brandy and Jennifer.

Jennifer has done so well; she's 50 and she can dance like she's 20! And Brandy just has this drive about her and wants to win so badly. When she gets up on stage, she just performs.

This whole experience has been so much fun, and I learned a ton about myself. I learned how to dance – and to feel comfortable in my own skin. I even conquered my fear of performing in front of a live audience – and 20 million other viewers. The whole process was an experience I'll never forget.

I'm so thankful to Tony for being a great teacher and giving me this opportunity to learn from a professional – and just having fun with me without being a sergeant or yelling at me. Tony's almost like an older brother to me. He's a great, wise person and he deserves to win. Hopefully next season he'll get that Mirror Ball Trophy.

Thank you all for your support and encouragement – and for hanging in there with me. I hope we entertained you and that you had as much fun watching as we had dancing.

The journey doesn't end here. I hope you'll tune in to my new reality show when it comes on VH1 next year and continue the journey with my family and me. Thanks for everything.

Love,
Audrina
