For Michael Jackson's mother Katherine, the saying "time heals all wounds" simply does not apply.

"I don't think I'll ever be healed," the Jackson matriarch told Oprah Winfrey on her show Monday. "It will get better, but some days it's like it just happened."

June 25, 2009, the day of her son's death, was "the worst day of my life," she says, adding that she thinks about Michael, "all through the day, all the time."

She's not alone. Michael's children, Prince, 13, Paris, 12, and Blanket, 8, also sat down with Winfrey, and Paris shared one of her favorite memories of her father. "One time we went on the roof in Las Vegas at our house, eating Snickers and drinking soda," she said.

Asked what she misses most about her dad, Michael's only daughter, who loves to do improv and hopes to be an actress someday, replied simply: "Everything."

The shyest of the three children, Blanket, provided some comic relief in the interview. When Winfrey asked whether their father was strict, or if they could get away with anything, the youngest sibling said of his brother Prince, "He could get away with anything."

Following in his dad's showbiz footsteps, Prince told the talk show host he'd like to "produce movies and direct."

And despite what people may think, Paris insisted that their father was "just a normal dad." Except, of course, for when he was exceptional.

"I'd say he was the best cook ever," she added with a smile. "He made the best French toast in the world."
