Rockers rarely age well, but as Bon Jovi, 48, peers at photos of himself as a big-haired '80s heartthrob, he says, "I look better now"-adding, "I haven't had plastic surgery. My hair is my own. I've never had Botox." Yet he's prouder of other achievements: his band's new Greatest Hits: The Ultimate Collection set, and the fact that his Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation has built more than 260 affordable homes. "The cliche of the rock star," says the father of four (who's been married for 21 years), "was never me."
