For Sarah Jessica Parker, she's accepted that there is no easy way to halt the aging process.
"I don't know what I can do about the aging," the actress, 45, laments in the January issue of Elle, on newsstands Dec. 15. "Yes, I am aging. Oh my God, I'm aging all the time."
And, she says, it's all happening too fast.
"It's like those flowers that wilt in front of you in time-lapse films," she says. "But what can I possibly do? Look like a lunatic?"
Parker, who greeted twin daughters Loretta and Tabitha in June 2009, also tells the magazine about her overwhelming love for the girls.
"[Meeting them] is hard to describe," she says. "Everything is suspended. I can't even tell you what other sounds were in the room."
"I loved them immediately," she continues, "but everything – their size, the shape of their heads, the color of their hair, their noses, their eyes – was new to me. They looked surprisingly different from James Wilkie [her son, 8], which I wasn't expecting."
