The Massachusetts attorney general's office ordered Darryl and Erika McCauley to pay restitution after they pleaded guilty to stealing from him, the Boston Globe reports.
The pair were accused of embezzling millions from the actor while Darryl was working as his business manager.
In October, Darryl was sentenced to five to six years in prison on charges including 27 counts of larceny over $250, three counts of forgery, embezzlement and other charges. His wife was sentenced to 2 ½ to three years in prison on charges including two counts of larceny.
According to a spokesman for Attorney General Martha Coakley, the court will soon tally the couple's assets. The McCauleys bought a home in York Beach, Maine, and also invested in a hotel and restaurant there.
