The CBS News anchor, 53, will join Morrison, 32, during a Glee rendition of a hit from the 1925 musical, "No, No, Nanette."
"She's doing a dance with [Morrison to] 'Tea for Two,'" fellow Glee co-star Jane Lynch told Access Hollywood. "She's going to be in our Super Bowl episode."
Lynch, who has yet to film her own scenes with Couric in the episode that will air on Feb. 6, says the CBS journalist has been a consistent supporter of the hit Fox show.
"She's a gleek," Lynch said. "She has been since the beginning."
