It's been 20 years since Milli Vanilli won – and lost – their best new artist Grammy after their lip-synching scandal rocked the music world. But now the duo's surviving member, Fab Morvan, 44, is making a comeback, and People.com has exclusive video of the singer in action.

In the raw footage, Morvan can be seen dancing and singing live as his Dutch band rehearses one of Milli Vanilli's biggest hits, "Girl You Know It's True."

The video was shot in Amsterdam, where the French-born singer now lives. And he's hoping now fans will take a new look at Milli Vanilli's legacy.

"It was difficult to rebuild my life with this stigma," says Morvan, who recently returned to his club roots as half of dance-music duo SMFM. "But I want 'Milli Vanilli' to mean when you fall, you stand up and go forward. And no one can take that away from you."

Next up for this blast from the past: A Milli Vanilli movie is in the works at Universal, executive produced by Morvan's manager Kim Marlowe and powerhouse producer Kathleen Kennedy (The Sixth Sense, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button), with a screenplay by Jeff Nathanson (Catch Me if You Can).
