"Yes, police came to the scene but we have no details to report yet," a Clearwater police spokesperson tells PEOPLE. "The officer who answered the call has not written up his report. We have no further comment at this time."
The waterfront wedding behind Hogan's home was interrupted when a photographer tried to take pictures of the couple during the ceremony, TMZ.com reports. A family employee asked the photographer to leave, at which point the photographer allegedly put his forearm to the employee's throat, and a brawl broke out.
Since no one wanted to press charges, the wedding continued and no arrests were made, TMZ reports.
A rep for Hogan had no comment on the incident or the wedding.
Hogan (real name Terry Bollea) was divorced from his now ex-wife Linda last year.
