After playing it coy about whether she was dating rocker and radio host Nikki Sixx, the actress finally 'fessed up during an interview with Andy Cohen of Bravo's Watch What Happens Live.
"We've gone on a couple dates," Richards says. "The God's honest truth is we're taking it very slowly."
Richards, 39, has had her fair share of high-profile romances, including a tumultuous marriage to Charlie Sheen and a relationship with Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora.
Richards, who calls Sixx a "very lovely person," has known the Mötley Crüe musician for a long time.
"He's been my neighbor for years," Richards said. "I may have borrowed some sugar from him once or twice. "
Sixx, 52, responded on Twitter: "Watching @Denise_Richards on BRAVO's Watch what happens live...I like the 'May have borrowed some sugar' line. Haha. Love the shoes. :)"
