• Still riding the high of their recent engagement, LeAnn Rimes and fiancé Eddie Cibrian celebrated New Year's Eve in a private residence at the Hacienda Beach Club in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The pair savored poolside mini-massages, relaxing spa treatments, plus meals at the property's beachfront restaurant.

• Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony treated friends and family to a performance of The Beatles LOVE by Cirque du Soleil in Las Vegas on New Year's Eve. Lopez, decked out in a metallic dress and fur coat, sipped Veuve Clicquot champagne with her pals during the show.

• Following a trip to the Sugar Factory Thursday, Cameron Diaz and baseballer beau Alex Rodriguez joined a slew of A-list stars at The Cosmopolitan hotel. The couple partied at the new Marquee Nightclub and Dayclub, listening to Florence and the Machine perform as Jay-Z and Beyoncé, Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan and Ellen Pompeo and husband Chris Ivery also looked on.

• Superstar singer Nicki Minaj rang in 2011 at a Moët & Chandon sponsored party at Mansion in Miami. But the songstress wasn't alone: rapper Drake left his own bash at nearby club Wall to celebrate with Minaj after midnight. "They were cuddling at a table in the corner, and left together well past 4 a.m.," a source tells PEOPLE.
