The star of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills asked a judge this week to deny Kelsey's request to dissolve their legal marital status while the divorce fight over money continues.
Kelsey's request is "solely for the reason that he intends to remarry as soon as possible," Camille, 42, writes in the Superior Court filing. "I do not believe his is a sufficient reason to prejudice my rights to the community estate, especially given the large and complex nature of our estate."
Camille, 42, estimated their estate was worth $120 million. A hearing is set for Jan. 26 for a judge to hear the matter.
Kelsey, 55, has told PEOPLE he's eager for a small, private wedding with his British fiancée Kayte Walsh, 29.
"Kayte and I are marrying because we are engaged, and we are engaged because we are in love and see no reason to postpone our happiness any longer," the actor said last month.
