"Yes, I have," he told PEOPLE at a Bachelor reunion party at the Gansevoort Hotel Saturday night in New York City. And the lucky girl? Bachelor and Bachelor Pad contestant Peyton Wright.
"We met at another Bachelor function," Wright says. "It's long distance so we're on the phone and iChatting a lot."
The couple, who have been together since August, hit it off right away. "It's one of those things where I've had a ton of serious relationships and I met this kid and he was genuine, outgoing and hilarious and we just click," Wright says.
So it's probably a good thing that Lambton didn't end up the next Bachelor. "That's just not me," he said. "Sitting at home and watching the season with my family weirded me out. I wanted to find love on my own and not in that type of situation, so I said, 'You know what? I'm not going to do it.' "
Although Lambton says he's not tuning in to see Brad Womack on Monday nights, his girlfriend has been following the Bachelor's second go at finding love on TV. "It's dramatic," Wright says of the current season. "But I hope it works out for Brad. I'm rooting for him."
