Jaime Pressly Formally Charged with Driving Under the Influence

Jaime Pressly is facing two misdemeanor charges following her Jan. 6 arrest on suspicion of a DUI.

The actress, 33, was charged with driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of .08, as well as the allegation that hers was .20% or greater.

Pressly's arraignment is scheduled for Feb. 7.

News of the former My Name is Earl star's charges come little over a week after she filed for divorce from her husband of just over a year, lawyer Simran Singh.
