Does Lindsay Lohan have sticky fingers?

The actress, 24, who will be charged Wednesday with one count of felony grand theft of a $2,500 necklace, has been accused of stealing several times in the past. However, in all of the below incidents, Lohan was never charged with any crime.

• Student Masha Markova alleged that Lohan swiped her $11,000 mink coat from 1Oak club in New York in Jan. 2008 after Lohan was photographed wearing it. The coat was quietly returned to Markova, and Lohan reportedly reached a financial settlement with her a year later.

• The same week the above incident went public, model Lauren Hastings accused Lohan of stealing thousands of dollars' worth of clothing from two of her closets after Hastings's housesitter threw an unauthorized party. Citing eyewitnesses, Hastings claimed "they saw Lindsay Lohan basically in my closet, handing a bag of clothes to her bodyguard."

• In June 2009, $400,000 in Dior jewelry went missing from an Elle photoshoot with Lohan in London. Scotland Yard investigated the disappearance of the diamond necklace and earrings, but the magazine later defended the actress, saying "Elle has no reason to believe that Lindsay Lohan was in any way responsible."

• Lohan was questioned by L.A. sheriffs in April 2010 over a missing $35,000 Rolex watch, but its owner eventually asked police to stop investigating. The watch reportedly belonged to a friend who accidentally left it at Lohan's home. Detectives never determined if a theft was committed.
