The actor, 55, had sought – and was granted by a Los Angeles judge on Thursday – a fast-tracked divorce from his wife Camille Grammer, who filed for divorce from the Frasier star last July.
Kelsey plans to marry Walsh at a ceremony at the end of this month.
Meanwhile, Kelsey and Camille have yet to finalize a settlement over the split of their multimillion dollar fortune.
