The two split a shrimp cocktail and enjoyed clam chowder, spice-crusted tuna and filet mignon. "They were holding hands and kissing across the table," an onlooker tells PEOPLE.
• Before her birthday bash, Lauren Conrad and a group of pals grabbed a late lunch at Sushi Roku Las Vegas. The reality starlet and her friends downed sake and beer, as well as a selection of sushi rolls.
• Liv Tyler joined her sister and two friends – plus one sleepy little boy – for dinner at New York's Spotted Pig. The brunette beauty sang loudly to Aretha Franklin's "Do Right Woman, Do Right Man" and at the end of the meal, picked up the party's tab.
