Hold on, Hollywood: Charlie Sheen is just getting started.

In text messages to PEOPLE, the actor shows no sign of backing off his rants that led CBS to pull the plug on the rest of the Two and a Half Men production with concerns over his "statements, conduct and condition."

A defiant Sheen writes: "They have awoken a sleeping giant."

Texting from his Bahamas vacation, Sheen, 45, took particular issue with the reaction to his broadsides against the hit sitcom's creator, Chuck Lorre, whom Sheen referred to by his given last name, Levine.

The Anti-Defamation League says in a statement to Entertainment Weekly that Sheen's words were "at best bizarre, and at worst, borderline anti-Semitism."

Sheen counters that Lorre has referred to Sheen by his given name, Carlos Estevez.

"Does that make him anti-Spanish American or Latin American?" asks Sheen.

And it won't end there. "This," writes Sheen, "is me warming up."

As for whether Sheen feels misunderstood by Thursday's bizarre interviews, in which he also took aim at Alcoholics Anonymous, party girls, his estranged wife and even Thomas Jefferson, the star writes, "If I'm misunderstood after yesterday then people are worse off than I thought."
