Mariah Carey, Beyoncé Knowles and Usher are among the singers being pressured to give back money for performing for family members of Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi.
Nelly Furtado is the first to open her wallet.
"In 2007, I received 1million$ from the Qaddafi clan to perform a 45 min. Show for guests at a hotel in Italy," the singer, 32, writes on Twitter. "I am going to donate the $."
Carey also reportedly received $1 million from the Gaddafi family. Knowles and Usher performed for them at an undisclosed price.
The Obama Administration has called for Gaddafi to step down from 40 years of rule following an uprising against him that has left 1,000 Libyans killed.
