"I got into a car accident but i'm fine. Luckily I have dragon's blood running through my veins," he Tweeted Friday, riffing on Charlie Sheen's "tiger blood" saying. "Haha. Thank you for your concern."
Arquette, 39, was taken by ambulance to the hospital after his car reportedly slammed head-on into another vehicle on a Beverly Hills street.
About two hours later, he took to Twitter, writing: "Remember to wear your seatbelt-wish I was."
