Caught in the Act!

• LeAnn Rimes and fiancé Eddie Cibrian were brunching at Luxbar in Chicago – and they weren't drinking orange juice. The couple split a shot of Don Julio blanco tequila with their meal, and she also had a glass of Pinot Noir. While in the Windy City and not eating and drinking, the country singer was also spotted shopping at Barneys New York.

• Also taking tequila shots: Jessica Szohr, who ordered a round for her friends while hanging out with Topher Grace at the Cutting Room in L.A. The Gossip Girl star was giggly as she chatted with the actor, who politely declined any alcohol. According to an onlooker, despite the group setting, Szohr and Grace seemed very friendly the entire night.

• After making her directorial debut and screening her short films aboard Royal Caribbean's Allure of the Seas cruise ship, Jenny McCarthy headed to the Viking Crown Lounge to hang with friends. She was nibbling on sashimi and sushi, a source says of the actress, who also starred in the films.

• Vanessa Hudgens arrived at the Abbey in West Hollywood with two guy friends and a girl – all ready for a night out. The group sipped cocktails and danced at the club well past midnight.
