I don't think I'm alone when I say I love Marci! What a class act. She is kind, selfless, motivating and truly the rock of the group on The Biggest Loser. It's no wonder Courtney is so well adjusted, confident and all around a happy girl. I heart Aqua!
I know it is typically frowned upon to "request" to be eliminated – ahem, black team – but it was obvious Marci had pretty much reached her goal weight and was happy to head home. And speaking of eliminations, I thought for sure everyone would be safe this week after winning that five-lb. advantage, which in my opinion, was pretty significant. I'm used to seeing one to two-lb. advantages – never five!
Now that everyone is Team Blue, I wonder how the workouts are going to go ... Never once do you see Bob and Jillian and Brett and Cara interact with one another. I wonder if the rivalry will ever fade. I doubt it, but we'll see. On the upside, the trainers got a chance to work out with contestants they haven't worked with and no one was more excited than Bob! It's a compliment when Bob chooses to workout with you because he always says he enjoys training hardworking people. It may seem like Jillian is the tougher one but that is definitely not the case and I can attest to that.
One comment that really struck a chord with me was when Bob told Rulon he doesn't know how to balance. And I'll admit that is certainly an issue I struggle with. I have a tendency to be so focused on one thing that I end up neglecting other areas in my life. But having that awareness allows me to take a step back from time to time and regroup. In life, we are all jugglers and finding balance is the key to keeping all those balls up in the air.
