The reality star will make her acting debut on ABC's soap One Life to Live on March 28.
Kardashian will play lawyer Kassandra Kavanaugh, who will get into trouble with the law alongside Cristian Vega, played by David Fumero,
"I grew up watching One Life to Live," Kardashian said in a press release from ABC. "This may be my acting debut but the Kardashians know a thing or two about drama."
In her first scene, Kardashian will be handcuffed to her costar.
Talk show host and Dancing with the Stars contestant Wendy Williams will also make an appearance on the episode.
One Life to Live airs Monday through Friday (2 p.m. ET) on ABC.
