Leelee Sobieski Buys Renée Zellweger's $9 Mil Apartment: Report

Her two-year-relationship with Bradley Cooper now history, Renée Zellweger has also shed two of her apartments on Manhattan Upper East Side, which have been on the market since November.

The buyer is Deep Impact and TV's Joan of Arc actress Leelee Sobieski, 28, and Zellweger's asking price was $8.95 million, reports The New York Times, relying on those familiar with the transaction. The final offer was not disclosed, and there was no comment from Sobieski's rep.

One of the apartments contains three bedrooms and 3½ baths (as well as enviable 13½-ft.-high ceilings and wood-burning fireplaces), while the other is a one-bedroom, one bath, per The Times.
