Ada's Biggest Loser Blog: Double Elimination Shocker!

The entire episode of The Biggest Loser was pretty mild for my palate ... until the end. I was floored! Usually when there's so much buildup about something, it almost never happens the way you think it will. I was certain Courtney would be around for another week. But I'm also not surprised her body is resisting the weight loss because she's already shed more than 200 lbs. I think if she takes a break, it'll give her body a chance to reset and weight will start to come off again.

I am amazed every time by her incredible outlook on life. After being eliminated, she was the one who had to console the entire room. I don't know many people who are as secure, positive and at peace as she is – it's refreshing. Hannah said she's going to change the world and I don't doubt that for a second! Like Justin, Courtney is going to make a huge impact on a lot of people.

As if one elimination wasn't enough ... Brett had to go, too?! It was ridiculous! We all see that he's obviously a great trainer. The point of the show is to help people lose weight and the last time I checked, there was no shortage of contestants on the Ranch. Couldn't they just put him with Cara? I mean, they were partners at one point, training the same people. I've said this before and I'll say it again. I like the format this season because each contestant gets more one on one attention with the trainers. I valued every opportunity I got to spend with Bob and Jillian. So it's annoying to know that the contestants have lost a valuable asset.

And while I'm on this subject, can you imagine the upheaval if Bob or Jillian had to go because their team was eliminated? Chaos!
