It's all about family on the Real Housewives of New Jersey's third season – specifically Teresa Giudice's.
The reality star veteran is joined by brand new costars – her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga and her cousin Kathy Wakile – when the show returns on May 16 (9 p.m. ET) to Bravo. Rounding out the cast: original Housewives Caroline Manzo and Jacqueline Laurita.
And just because villain Danielle Staub is gone, the drama doesn't appear to have disappeared.
In a sneak preview of the season (watch below), Wakile and Giudice squabble big time on the beach during a trip to the Dominican Republic. Meanwhile, Laurita and teenage daughter Ashley still seem unable to see eye to eye. "You don't appreciate a [expletive] thing anybody does for you," Laurita tells her daughter. And at one point, Giudice also seems to reference her bankruptcy, choking back tears in her kitchen, saying, "It's been, um, a really crazy year."
But Manzo sums it all up, saying, "Friends come and go; family is forever."
