• She's said they "vibe well together" – and apparently they like to dine together, too. Dancing with the Stars pro Mark Ballas and recent American Idol castoff Pia Toscano stepped out together at Asia de Cuba inside West Hollywood's Mondrian Hotel. The duo arrived around 8:30 p.m., and though they weren't overly romantic, a source says it seemed like the two were on a "second date," adding that they were extremely polite and in good spirits.
• An animated Lindsay Lohan joined friends for dinner at New York's Beauty & Essex. The actress – who drank soda during her meal – was very cordial to fans who approached her table. Lohan has such a good time that, before she left, she kissed her waitress goodbye!
• Ever the fashionista, Sarah Jessica Parker was having a business meeting at West Hollywood's Chateau Marmont, but still managed to look chic in her gray blazer, heels and light-blue skinny jeans. The actress was in a secluded section of the patio, and was joined by a male and female associate. Says an observer: "[She] had a confident and carefree air about her."
• Though her Roseland Ballroom concert ended a bit early, Ke$ha wasn't quite ready to call it a night. Instead, the singer headed to N.Y. club Tenjune for an official afterparty, where she sipped Liquid Lightening cocktails and partied in VIP until 3 a.m. For much of the night, the pop star was seated atop a booth, chatting with a mystery man, though she also talked with Simon Rex.
