Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas have been through a difficult year, but they are clearly taking joy in life's simple pleasures – like pizza.
On Thursday, only days after it was revealed that Zeta-Jones, 41, had sought treatment for bipolar II disorder, the couple stopped in at Pizza Post in Greenwich, Conn.
"They seemed great," said an observer of the pair, who also dealt with Douglas's battle with cancer last year. "They looked very happy together."
The other patrons were "thrilled" to see the famous couple, who were gracious and low-key as they waited for their food, according to the observer.
Zeta-Jones is already scheduled to get back to work: She has two new movies coming up, including Playing the Field, currently in production in Louisiana with Gerard Butler and Jessica Biel, and Lay the Favorite.
