Caught in the Act!

• In warmer weather for the holiday weekend, Salma Hayek and daughter Valentina got the VIP treatment at Miami's animal park, Jungle Island. Joined by Hayek's mother, the ladies took a guided walking tour of the grounds and checked out over 3,000 exotic animals. "After viewing the animals and birds, they were most fond of the kangaroos," a source tells PEOPLE. "There were so excited to see them."

• Also in Miami: Ryan Seacrest and girlfriend Julianne Hough enjoying a romantic Easter dinner at Prime One Twelve. The two seemed very much in love, an onlooker says, as they shared a bottle of red wine with their meal.

• Still in Paris, Beyoncé and Jay-Z stepped out for drinks with Kanye West at the Hotel Costes. The next day, the couple headed out for lunch on the Champs-Élysées. Dressed in a green and black polka-dot shirt and burgundy skirt, the singer stopped and signed autographs outside Hotel Fouquet's Barrière.

• Vanessa Hudgens danced the night away in her booth at Cherry Pop in West Hollywood with her friends. (No sign of rumored beau Josh Hutcherson at all!) The actress switched from mixed drinks to water before the end of the night, but stayed until it was nearly closing time.
