"My wife just gave me the most incredible anniversary gift ever in life!" the new dad Tweeted Saturday, just hours after the big arrival. Though surely focused on fatherhood, he's also still thinking like a husband who understands the importance of wedding anniversaries.
Joked Cannon: "I won't ever be able to top this!"
Since the arrival of their baby boy and baby girl, several celebs in the Twitterverse have congratulated Cannon and Mariah Carey, including Nicki Minaj, Boyz II Men and mom-to-be, Alyssa Milano.
Asked if the couple planned for the birth to coincide with their third anniversary, Carey's rep Cindi Berger told PEOPLE, "No, not even Mariah could plan that."
"I spoke to both of them," added Berger, "and they are both completely overjoyed."
