Ada Wong's Take on The Biggest Loser Finale

05/24/2011 at 02:25 PM EDT

The season finale of The Biggest Loser is almost here! And after following all the ups and downs, PEOPLE.com blogger Ada Wong, who competed on season 10 of the show, is sounding off.

"It has been an amazing experience," Wong says of watching the show. "It's just different to be able to be on the viewers' side and watch from the outside versus being in the bubble."

So, who has Wong been rooting for? "I don't know that I necessarily had a favorite contestant – and I don't want to play favorites. I liked everybody," she says.

Still, Wong says there is a contestant that she feels for the most.

"I identified with Hannah [Curlee] because she mentioned that she felt like she was nothing and that she wasn't worthy and that's exactly what I went through," Wong says. "Her story touched me more because I could relate to her. And it's so awesome to be able to see her make this 180-degree transformation and see that she's a worthy person and see that she's a beautiful person."

The winner of The Biggest Loser will be revealed Tuesday (8 p.m. ET) on NBC, and although Wong doesn't know which of the finalists – Hannah, her sister Olivia Ward, Irene Alverado or Jay Jacobs – will take the title, she does know one thing for sure about the finale: "That's what's great about this show. That's why everyone loves it – there's always a happy ending."
