Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo Showered with Wedding Gifts

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo celebrated their upcoming nuptials Sunday with a sunset wedding shower at the London Hotel in West Hollywood.

The couple arrived at 7 p.m. for the rooftop cocktail celebration. As one eyewitness told PEOPLE: "Nick and Vanessa greeted guests hand-in-hand. Vanessa looked gorgeous in a white dress with a black sash. She and Nick both seemed very excited to celebrate with their families and friends."

While taking in the panoramic views of Los Angeles skyline and the Hollywood Hills, guests enjoyed sophisticated dishes prepared in chef Gordon Ramsay's hotel kitchen.

A deejay entertained with a wide array of music. "Everyone seemed to have a great time. It was a laidback, yet sophisticated atmosphere. Guests danced until the late hours," adds a source.



The couple are registered at Williams-Sonoma and Geary's, and shower gifts included Juliska Berry & Thread whitewash dinnerware, Waterford champagne flutes and a Feinberg English Silver wine funnel.
