House arrest – or house party?
Lindsay Lohan showed that she's still a party girl at heart by throwing a barbecue bash on the rooftop of her Venice, Calif., townhouse on Sunday.
The starlet, 24, joined by about 10 friends, was all smiles as she laughed and smoked cigarettes with her guests, according to the U.K.'s Daily Mail.
Lohan was sentenced to four months in jail after pleading no contest to stealing a $2,500 necklace, but was found eligible for house arrest due to jail overcrowding and other factors. She's expected to be released in about two and a half weeks.
Although she's not allowed to leave her home except for medical reasons, Lohan is legally allowed to invite visitors over without restrictions.
