He popped the question, celebrated with a wedding shower and pitched in with the wedding plans. Now Nick Lachey is taking another important step in settling down with Vanessa Minnillo: He's selling his bachelor pad.
The former 98 Degrees frontman, 37, is saying goodbye to the Bel Air, Calif., home he bought from Heidi Klum and Seal in 2006.
The swanky, approximately 4,700-sq.-ft. four-bedroom "contemporary haven," listed two weeks ago on the Trulia real-estate site, is on the market for nearly $6 million.
Complete with a stylish large pool and Jacuzzi, a spacious outside dining area and a view of Los Angeles, the spot was home to many parties for Lachey and best pals like Matt Leinart.
