The Ultimat Summer Martini
• 3 ½ oz. Ultimat Vodka• 1 oz. passion fruit puree
• 1 oz. lime juice
• 1 lime wheel for garnish
In an ice-filled mixing glass, add all ingredients, and shake until well blended. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
The Ultimat Peach Punch
• 1 ½ oz. Ultimat Vodka• splash of peach schnapps
• ice cubes
• peach sorbet
• lime juice
• peach-flavored sugar
• fresh peach slices for garnish
Pour vodka into a blender. Add a splash of schnapps, sorbet and ice cubes. Pour into a serving glass rimmed with peach sugar. Garnish with peach slices.

The Firecracker
• 2 oz. TY KU sake silver• 0.75 oz. Thai Chile agave nectar
• 0.5 oz. lemon juice
• 3 slices of English cucumber
• 0.5 oz. club soda
Combine the sake, agave nectar and lemon juice in a shaker. Strain over ice, and then top with club soda and cucumber slices.
The Sparkler
• 3 oz. TY KU Citrus Liqueur• 1 oz. lemon juice
• 1 oz. pineapple juice
Put all three ingredients in a shaker. Strain over ice.

Cherry Caipiroska
• 2 oz. Belvedere Black Raspberry• 4 fresh cherries
• ¾ oz. lemon juice
• dash amaretto liqueur
Muddle cherries. Add the rest of the ingredients, and shake with cubed ice. Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Stir and re-top with crushed ice. Garnish with a fresh cherry.
Belvedere Pineapple Mary
•1.5 oz. Belvedere BM• 3oz. fresh pineapple juice
• 0.75 oz. fresh lime juice
• 2 bar spoons simple syrup
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• ½ bar spoons smoked paprika (hot)
Shake and strain all ingredients into a rocks glass filled with cubed ice. Garnish with a pineapple chunk.
