Lady Gaga Turns Into a Panda!

For her latest high-concept look, Lady Gaga took inspiration from the wild and went ... panda.

The pop star, in Japan for a charity concert, showed up for a talk show appearance wearing oversize sunglasses and a graphic black-and-white dress by a young Japanese designer.

When asked what the inspiration for the concept was, Gaga took off her shades in dramatic fashion, revealing dark black makeup around her eyes.

"Um, well, I really like pandas," she said, to much applause, and exclamations of "Gagapanda."

"Well, pandas have paws, and I always tell my fans to put my paws up," she added. She also said she'd been eating a lot of bamboo this week.
