The feelings still raw, one juror is overcome by tears still thinking about the decision to find Casey Anthony not guilty of murdering her 2-year-old daughter.

"I just swear to God," the man, identified only as Juror No. 2, tells the St. Petersburg Times, "I wish we had more evidence to put her away. I truly do. ... But it wasn't there."

The juror was the second to come forward to discuss the stunning verdict. Convicted only of lying to police, Anthony was sentenced to four years in prison, but will get substantial credit for time already served. She's scheduled to be released on July 13.

In the new interview, the juror says he considered Anthony "not a good person in my opinion" but the standard to convict her in Caylee's death was much higher.

"Everybody agreed if we were going fully on feelings and emotions," he says, "she was done."

In the end, he adds, "We just wanted to go on the evidence that was presented to us."
